Consumer Agreement
A return authorization (R/A) number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Errors subject to corrections. All claims against your invoice must be reported with in 10 days from invoice date. We honor all manufacture warranties for items we sell when you provide your sales receipt. FCC licensing may be required and is the sole responsibility of the customer. You as our customer are responsible for notifying their system operator of add on equipment. All repairs carry a full 90 day labor warranty, parts per manufacture warranty. Returned goods will be accepted for in store credit only within 10 days of purchase and must be in as new of condistion as original package. Special orders require restocking fee.
